DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Upryt ApS has developed certain software applications which it makes available to subscribers via the internet on a pay-per-use basis for the purpose of supporting Customer in structuring, deploying and tracking tasks and self-assessments in the context of Customer’s ethics & compliance program (Ethical: Program Management - formerly referred to as Tasks & Self Assessments),  assess risks (Ethical: Risk Assessment) and get bottom up information on various matters (Ethical: Matters Management) as they are described in this Documentation page.

In particular, the software applications include the general ability to digitize, visualize and regularly edit Customer’s relevant business units or departments and the respective contact persons in such business units or departments which Customer aims to reach.

And, for each of the Services that may be subscribed to by Customer, the ability to:Ethical: Program Management (formerly referred to as Tasks & Self Assessments)

  • Digitize and visualize Customer’s relevant tasks and questionnaires in the context of its ethics & compliance program and related topics
  • Assign such tasks and questionnaires to the contact persons in the business units and departments
  • Follow completion of such tasks and questionnaires in the form of assignments
  • Aggregate and visualize the completion rates of tasks and questionnaires in the form of statistics.

Ethical: Matters Management

  • Create Matter templates, draft relevant Matters fields and define desired status stages for Matters
  • Publish Matter templates in Customer’s workspace
  • Allow Customer’s Authenticated Users to create Matters following the templates at their disposal
  • Manage Matters across its lifecycle by updating their status, add comments or upload documents
  • Track progress with real-time completion data

Ethical: Risk Assessment

  • Create Risk Assessments and Risks within these Risk Assessments
  • Develop a Risk Evaluation Template where relevant questions can be drafted qualify Risks
  • Choose a Risk Matrix, including decision on Gross/Net Likelihood & Impact scores categorization
  • Roll out Risk Assessment and allow relevant stakeholders to assess the Risks
  • Aggregate Risk Evaluation data and track progress with real-time completion data
  • Draft and monitor Mitigation Measures related to all Risks
