SUPPORT SERVICES POLICY

Upryt ApS will provide Technical Support to Customer administrators during Normal Business Hours:

From 9.00am to 5:00pm  local Copenhagen time, from Monday to Friday except public holidays in Denmark

Technical Support is provided in English.

Customer administrators may initiate Technical Support through the following methods:

  • Primary support is provided by email: [email protected].
  • Secondary support is provided by telephone: +45 3162 2866 (EU).

Upryt provides Technical Support responses within four (4) working hours or less.
